COOKIE POLICY

Cookie policy

What cookies we use, why we use them and how you stay in control. Last updated 19 September 2026.

Our approach

Necessary cookies power sign-in, security and privacy preferences. The Google tag is present on every page in Consent Mode but does not read or write analytics cookies before consent. Microsoft Clarity does not load before consent, and advertising storage, user data and personalization remain disabled.

01

What Google Analytics collects

Before consent, Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless measurements without storing a client ID. After consent, Google Analytics may collect page views, usage events, browser and device type, session statistics and approximate location. We disable Google Signals and ad-personalization signals and do not send User-ID, email addresses or finding text to Analytics.

02

What Microsoft Clarity collects

When you consent, Clarity may collect clicks, scrolling, viewport and performance data, plus page structure for heatmaps and session recordings. Form fields, numbers and email addresses are masked by default. We do not send bug-report text or personal information as custom analytics events.

03

Change or withdraw consent

Open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. If you reject analytics, we send denied signals to Google and Clarity, remove accessible first-party analytics cookies and stop loading both services on subsequent page loads. You can also clear all cookies in your browser settings.

04

Analytics data retention

Microsoft states that playback is retained for 30 days, while click and heatmap data and labeled sessions may remain for up to 9 months. Google Analytics retains data according to the account configuration and Google's policy; GA4 cookies have a default expiration of up to 2 years.
